Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of the original purchase date if you change your mind. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We only accept trackable shipping services to ensure the safe and timely return of your item. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Estimated return delivery times are within one week for UK returns and within two weeks for international returns. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – item must not have any signs of use or damage. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To obtain the return address or if you have any questions, please contact us via email at info@getostron.com. We will respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund amount is equal to the purchase price of the item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty & returns policy
Warranty Coverage
Ostron products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue with your Ostron device that falls under warranty:
1. Contact us at info@getostron.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
2. Our support team will assess your claim and provide further instructions.
3. If approved, you will need to ship the defective item to our designated service center. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you at no additional cost.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your product is outside the one-year warranty period, we may still be able to offer repair or replacement options for a fee. Contact us for further details.
